Hollie Chenault – Chief Executive Officer & President of Tejas Next Health
With over 15 years of experience in the Texas system of Community Behavioral Health and Intellectual Developmental Disability Services, Hollie has worked as a program director and project manager. She has developed, implemented, and supervised local and regional programs under the Department of State Health Services contract, as well as grants awarded by the St. David’s Foundation and The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. As the appointed lead for specialized task teams, Hollie has established and implemented best practices for business planning, quality improvement cycles, strategic planning, communication, marketing, and financial sustainability planning. She joined the Tejas team in January 2014 as the Business Operations Director and has worked to develop a robust operational infrastructure in an effort to support the vision and mission of Tejas and its Member Centers.
Paige Morris - – Director of Finance and Administration
Paige has worked in the accounting industry for over 19 years. Having worked for a fast-paced, private oil and gas company really set the foundation for her most recent position, as the Director of Finance and Administration with Tejas. Since joining the Tejas team in August 2015, she focused on building better relationships with centers through our accounting processes and building a more robust human resources department. Paige holds a Bachelors in Psychology and Business Administration from Texas State University.
Richard Flores - Director of Marketing & Customer Relations
Richard joined Tejas in March of 2022. His experience includes:
- Assistant Director of Program Operations and Project Management with the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (COG) in the Health and Human Services Division-Area Agency on Aging (10 years).
- Project Director for the Center for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS) Community Care Transition Program; 10-Acute Care Hospital Partners (10 Years).
- Rio Grande Valley Project Coordinator for Men’s and Women’s Health - Planned Parenthood Association (10 Years).
- Case Coordinator for the Hidalgo County Head Start Program (6 years).
Billy McClish – Director of Information Security
Scott Trapp – Director of Information Technology
Scott Trapp brings nearly three decades of experience in information technology leadership within Texas Community Centers, having served both rural and urban regions since 1995. His career has been defined by a commitment to leveraging technology to enhance healthcare delivery, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout his tenure, Scott has led the design and implementation of secure, scalable IT infrastructures, overseen the deployment of enterprise-wide electronic health record systems, and directed the development of comprehensive internal reporting and analytics platforms. His work has consistently focused on aligning technology solutions with organizational goals, improving business processes, and enhancing service delivery. As Director of Information Technology, Scott leads strategic initiatives in systems modernization, application development, and data governance. He is the architect of a collaborative development services model that extends technical capacity across multiple centers, fostering innovation and cost efficiency. He also champions professional development, cultivating a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and strong product ownership within his teams. Scott’s leadership reflects a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and mission-driven service, ensuring that IT remains a vital enabler of organizational success.
