Tejas Next Health is a nonprofit physician healthcare corporation with Tejas Health Management Association as its sole managing member. Tejas Next Health has no employees, and all functions are performed through resources provided by Tejas Health Management Association. Tejas Next Health was created to enter into contracts with health plans, including risk contracts; to provide clinical oversight through the physician Board to include credentialing approval and all Policy and Procedures relevant to Administrative Services Organization contract management: as well as other functions in support of Tejas Health Management Association. 

Tejas Next Health and Tejas Health Management Association have a Memorandum of Understanding to perform the below listed operations:

Caregiving at Home – Empower both family caregiver and people receiving care to create meaningful, lasting improvements

Healthy at Home – an all-cause medical readmission reduction program post discharge

Steady at Home – evidence based program to reduce the fear of falling and improve activity levels among community-dwelling older adults

Credentialing Services – we are your experts in providing the right solutions for your provider partner business
